Deanna Thorpe Butler was a devoted educator for 16 years until her untimely passing in 2021. Deanna spent tireless hours setting up an inviting environment for her students. She loved her "school children" and she made it her duty to provide them with the very best of her so that they could excel and reach their highest potential in their education and life as a whole.

We want to continue her legacy by helping to support other educators who have the same passion to help our youth.

 

The mission of Dee Luvs the Kidz Foundation is to provide a grant to an educator each semester, to assist them with supplies, special projects, special trips, and any other things that will help them support their students. The organization will select and contact the school. The school will send out notification of the grant available and those interested can then submit an interest form (which include, length of service, how they plan to put the money to use, and a short essay about what being an educator means to them, etc.). Once the submissions are received then an awardee will be chosen. 

We believe that giving back is the best way to honor her memory.

Various fundraiser will be held throughout the year however, donations are also accepted. We would love for you to partner with us to help our youth. No contribution is too small or too big! We truly appreciate you!
